Le versioni 2020 R2 – 2020 R2 P01 – 2020 R2 SP1 - 2020 R2 SP1 P01 di System Platform / Intouch / Historian / Communication Driver Pack / Aveva Edge / Reports for Operations / MES / Recipe Management / Work Tasks sono entrate in Tech Support Only.
Durante la fase Tech support only, il prodotto è idoneo per self-help e il supporto è limitato alla diagnostica dei problemi di base e all'assistenza tramite la Knowledge Base AVEVA. Non riceverà alcun impegno di sviluppo software (HotFix) e nessun test degli aggiornamenti di sicurezza Microsoft.
Per questo motivo si suggerisce l’aggiornamento alla versione corrente. Le Best Practices per l'aggiornamento e la migrazione prevedono una preparazione meticolosa, che include la documentazione del sistema attuale, la verifica dei prerequisiti software/hardware e la creazione di un ambiente di test.
Durante il processo, è necessario applicare gli aggiornamenti e rimuovi i componenti obsoleti e assicurarsi che siano presenti backup adeguati.
Dopo la migrazione, è fondamentale una convalida approfondita per verificare la funzionalità del sistema, l'integrità dei dati prima di dismettere il vecchio sistema.
Offriamo un servizio di migration support per accompagnarvi tecnicamente in tutte le fasi di migrazione (pre, durante e post migrazione). Viene dedicato un tecnico che farà l’analisi sulla fattibilità e sul tempo necessario al completamento alla migrazione.

Enterprise Integration 2023 R2
AVEVA Enterprise Integration integra AVEVA Manufacturing Execution System offrendo un approccio software commerciale pronto all'uso per l'integrazione tra impianto e azienda. Aiuta ad automatizzare lo scambio di dati relativi alla pianificazione della produzione e ai risultati produttivi tra il sistema di esecuzione della produzione e le applicazioni aziendali (ad esempio ERP, gestione della catena di fornitura) e con altre applicazioni dell'impianto (ad esempio LIMS, qualità, WMS, ecc.) e a sincronizzare gli aggiornamenti dei dati master (nelle applicazioni di ricerca e sviluppo, PLM, ecc.) con AVEVA Manufacturing Execution System tramite uno scambio di messaggi affidabile.
Enterprise Integration 2023 R2 include le seguenti nuove funzionalità e miglioramenti:
- Aggiunta la possibilità di configurare server di elaborazione messaggi ridondanti.
- Il servizio EI acquisisce licenze EI professionali o standard presso il License Manager.
- Aggiunta la compatibilità OAuth 2.0 per la ricezione di richieste HTTP utilizzando il server Single Sign-On ridondante AIM.
- Il servizio di messaggi ora aggiunge un record separato alla tabella dei messaggi quando una posizione MES risulta in uno stato 'PartialProcessed'. Questo record ha un nuovo stato di 'Partial Process – Failed Record' e consiste nelle righe all'interno del messaggio originale che sono fallite nella transazione originale. Le azioni di post possono essere attivate dal nuovo stato.
- Le entità caricate nei pop-up per i tipi di posizione Job End e Shift End ora sono gestite dal servizio messaggi e dalla tabella interna invece di una chiamata middleware MES diretta.
AVEVA Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Cloud Integration 8.1
Questa versione dell'integrazione Cloud di AVEVA Manufacturing Execution System (MES) supporta MES 2023 e MES 2023 R2. Include nuove funzionalità per la pubblicazione di transazioni di qualità MES e di linea di produzione.
L'integrazione MES Cloud (Versione 8.1.0) include i seguenti componenti per estrarre i dati MES on-premises e pubblicarli ai servizi dati CONNECT:
- AVEVA Events to CONNECT agent: AVEVA Events to CONNECT agent fornisce la connettività ai servizi dati CONNECT e consente la pubblicazione degli eventi MES dal MES Curation Service. AVEVA MES Cloud integration solution deve essere utilizzata con questo componente. AVEVA Events to CONNECT è incluso come installazione e configurazione separate.
- MES Curation Service: MES Staging Curation service è un servizio Windows che offre due funzioni principali:
- Estrazione (cura) dati dal database MES e memorizzazione in uno schema di staging. MES Staging Curation Service supporta la pubblicazione di eventi MES da util_history, job_history, job_hour_history, shift_history, wo, job, job_bom, item_prod, item_cons, job_events, job_route, lot, sublot, item_inv, item_transfer, storage_ent_transfer, receipt, receipt_lot, shipment, shipment_lot, po, po_line, so, so_line, sample, result, sample_char_link (containing sample_char_rule_link records), and bottleneck_history. Sono incluse anche tutte le informazioni contestuali necessarie come entity, items, utilization reasons, characteristics, QM specifications, and production lines. - L’interfaccia Web API per AVEVA Events to CONNECT agent. L'agente richiede periodicamente dati sugli eventi dal MES Curation Service, inclusi dati contestuali. Quando i dati sono disponibili, vengono inviati all'archiviazione degli eventi dei servizi dati CONNECT.
- CONNECT visualization: All'interno della AVEVA Cloud Platform, la visualizzazione dei dati pubblicati avviene tramite widget predefiniti. Nuovi widget per visualizzare i dati aggiuntivi pubblicati saranno rilasciati in modo incrementale in futuro.
