Les meilleures pratiques pour la mise à niveau et la migration impliquent une préparation méticuleuse, y compris la documentation du système actuel, la vérification des conditions logicielles et matérielles préalables et la création d'un environnement de test.
Au cours du processus, il est nécessaire d'appliquer les mises à jour, de supprimer les composants obsolètes et de s'assurer que des sauvegardes adéquates sont en place.
Après la migration, il est essentiel de procéder à une validation approfondie pour vérifier la fonctionnalité du système et l'intégrité des données avant de mettre l'ancien système hors service.

Enterprise Integration 2023 R2
AVEVA Enterprise Integration complète AVEVA Manufacturing Execution System (MES) en offrant une approche logicielle prête à l'emploi pour l'intégration usine-entreprise. Il permet d'automatiser l'échange de données relatives à la planification de la production et aux résultats de production entre le MES et les applications d'entreprise (par exemple ERP, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement) et avec d'autres applications de l'usine (par exemple LIMS, qualité, WMS, etc.) et de synchroniser les mises à jour des données de base (dans les applications R&D, PLM, etc.) avec AVEVA MES par le biais d'un échange de messages fiables.
Enterprise Integration 2023 R2 comprend les nouvelles fonctionnalités et améliorations suivantes :
- Possibilité de configurer des serveurs de traitement de messages redondants.
- Le service EI acquiert des licences EI professionnelles ou standard à partir du gestionnaire de licences.
- Ajout de la compatibilité OAuth 2.0 pour la réception de requêtes HTTP à l'aide du serveur d'authentification unique AIM redondant.
- Le service de messagerie ajoute désormais un enregistrement distinct à la table des messages lorsqu'un emplacement MES est dans un état "PartialProcessed". Cet enregistrement a le nouveau statut de "Partial Process - Failed Record" et se compose des lignes du message original qui ont échoué dans la transaction originale. Des actions POST peuvent être déclenchées par le nouveau statut.
- Les entités chargées dans les pop-ups pour les types Job End et Shift End sont maintenant traitées par le service de messages et la table interne au lieu d'un appel direct au Middleware MES.
AVEVA Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Cloud Integration 8.1
Cette version d'AVEVA Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Cloud Integration supporte MES 2023 et MES 2023 R2. Elle inclut de nouvelles fonctionnalités pour la publication des transactions de qualité MES et ligne de production MES.
L'intégration MES Cloud (Version 8.1.0) comprend les composants suivants pour extraire les données MES sur site et les publier vers les services de données CONNECT :
- AVEVA Events to CONNECT agent : AVEVA Events to CONNECT agent fournit la connectivité aux services de données CONNECT et permet la publication d'événements MES à partir du service MES Curation. La solution d'intégration AVEVA MES Cloud doit être utilisée avec ce composant. AVEVA Events to CONNECT est inclus dans une installation et configuration séparées.
- MES Curation Service : MES Staging Curation service est un service Windows offrant deux fonctions principales :
- L'extraction (curation) des données de la base de données MES et le stockage dans un schéma de mise à disposition. Le MES Staging Curation Service prend en charge la publication d'événements MES à partir de util_history, job_history, job_hour_history, shift_history, wo, job, job_bom, item_prod, item_cons, job_events, job_route, lot, sublot, item_inv, item_transfer, storage_ent_transfer, receipt, receipt_lot, shipment, shipment_lot, po, po_line, so, so_line, sample, result, sample_char_link(contenant les enregistrementssample_char_rule_link) etbottleneck_history. Sont également incluses toutes les informations contextuelles nécessaires, telles que l'entité, les articles, les motifs d'utilisation, les caractéristiques, les spécifications QM et les lignes de production. - L'interface Web API pour l'agent AVEVA Events to CONNECT. L'agent demande périodiquement des données d'événements au MES Curation Service, y compris des données contextuelles. Lorsque les données sont disponibles, elles sont envoyées au stockage d'événements des services de données CONNECT.
- Visualisation CONNECT : Au sein de la plateforme AVEVA Cloud, la visualisation des données publiées se fait via des widgets prédéfinis. De nouveaux widgets permettant de visualiser des données publiées supplémentaires seront publiés progressivement à l'avenir.
