Unternehmensintegration 2023 R2
AVEVA Enterprise Integration ergänzt das AVEVA Manufacturing Execution System durch einen gebrauchsfertigen Business-Software-Ansatz zur Integration von Anlagen und Unternehmen. Es hilft, den Austausch von Produktionsplanungs- und Produktionsergebnisdaten zwischen dem Manufacturing Execution System und Unternehmensanwendungen (z.B. ERP, Supply Chain Management) und mit anderen Werksanwendungen (z.B. LIMS, Qualität, WMS, etc.) zu automatisieren und Stammdatenaktualisierungen (in F&E-Anwendungen, PLM, etc.) mit dem AVEVA Manufacturing Execution System über zuverlässigen Nachrichtenaustausch zu synchronisieren.
Enterprise Integration 2023 R2 enthält die folgenden neuen Funktionen und Erweiterungen:
- Zusätzliche Möglichkeit, redundante Nachrichtenverarbeitungsserver zu konfigurieren.
- Der EI-Dienst erwirbt Professional- oder Standard-EI-Lizenzen über den Lizenzmanager.
- OAuth 2.0-Kompatibilität für den Empfang von HTTP-Anfragen über den redundanten AIM Single Sign-On-Server wurde hinzugefügt.
- Der Nachrichtendienst fügt nun einen separaten Datensatz in die Nachrichtentabelle ein, wenn sich ein MES-Standort im Zustand "PartialProcessed" befindet. Dieser Datensatz hat den neuen Status 'Partial Process - Failed Record' und besteht aus den Zeilen der ursprünglichen Nachricht, die in der ursprünglichen Transaktion fehlgeschlagen sind. Durch den neuen Status können Post-Aktionen ausgelöst werden.
- Entitäten, die in Pop-ups für die Positionstypen Job-Ende und Schicht-Ende geladen werden, werden jetzt über den Nachrichtendienst und die interne Tabelle statt über einen direkten MES-Middleware-Aufruf abgewickelt.
AVEVA Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Cloud Integration 8.1
Diese Version der AVEVA Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Cloud Integration unterstützt MES 2023 und MES 2023 R2. Sie enthält neue Funktionen für die Veröffentlichung von MES-Qualitäts- und Produktionslinien-Transaktionen.
Die MES-Cloud-Integration (Version 8.1.0) umfasst die folgenden Komponenten, um MES-Daten vor Ort zu extrahieren und in CONNECT-Datendiensten zu veröffentlichen:

- Extraktion (Kuratierung) von Daten aus der MES-Datenbank und Speicherung in einem Staging-Schema. MES Staging Curation Service unterstützt die Veröffentlichung von MES-Ereignissen aus util_history, job_history, job_hour_history, shift_history, wo, job, job_bom, item_prod, item_cons, job_events, job_route, lot, sublot, item_inv, item_transfer, storage_ent_transfer, receipt, receipt_lot, shipment, shipment_lot, po, po_line, so, so_line, sample, result, sample_char_link(mitsample_char_rule_link-Sätzen) undbottleneck_history. Ebenfalls enthalten sind alle notwendigen Kontextinformationen wie Entität, Positionen, Verwendungsgründe, Merkmale, QM-Spezifikationen und Fertigungslinien. Detaillierte Informationen zu den Arten von CONNECT-Datendiensten, die von dieser Version der MES-Cloud-Integration unterstützt werden, finden Sie in den Tabellen hier.
- Die Web-API-Schnittstelle für AVEVA Events to CONNECT agent. Der Agent fordert in regelmäßigen Abständen Ereignisdaten vom MES Curation Service an, einschließlich kontextbezogener Daten. Sobald die Daten verfügbar sind, werden sie an den Ereignisspeicher der CONNECT-Datendienste gesendet.
