ASKxUnite 2026 is now behind us, and what a few days it has been.
For the first time, we brought the AVEVA community from across the Benelux together in one central event. End users, system integrators, technology partners, AVEVA experts and industry speakers joined us in Eindhoven to share ideas, compare experiences and look at what comes next for industrial operations.
The goal of ASKxUnite was simple. We wanted to create a place where people could step away from daily operations for a moment, hear what is changing in the industry, understand where the AVEVA portfolio is heading, and have useful conversations with others facing similar challenges.
That is exactly what happened.

A strong community in one place
ASKxUnite 2026 welcomed nearly 250 attendees to the event. The room included a strong mix of end users, system integrators, technology partners and AVEVA colleagues.

An event like ASKxUnite is not only about the presentations on stage. It is about the people in the room. It is about the conversations during breaks, the questions at the demo booths, the discussions after customer stories, and the moments where someone hears an idea and thinks, “this could also help us.”
That is where the real value of the event comes from.

What we discussed
Across the two days, the agenda covered a broad range of topics linked to the future of industrial operations.
We looked at the direction of the AVEVA portfolio, the role of industrial AI, the importance of data management, the future of connected operations through CONNECT, developments in AVEVA Operations Control, the role of Composable MES, and the growing importance of cybersecurity and cyber resilience.
We also heard customer stories that showed how industrial companies are dealing with real transformation challenges. These stories were among the most valued parts of the event because they showed what happens when technology meets daily operational reality.

The message was clear: companies are not looking for theory. They want practical examples, real use cases and honest lessons they can learn from.
The importance of data, AI and connected operations
One of the strongest themes at ASKxUnite was data.
Many industrial companies already collect a lot of data. The challenge is no longer only about collecting more. It is about making data reliable, giving it context, connecting it across systems, and making it useful for the people who need to act on it.

This also connects directly to AI.
AI only becomes useful when it is built on trusted data and applied to real operational challenges. During the event, we looked at how AVEVA is approaching AI in a practical way, from predictive insights and analytics to future possibilities around digital twins and more autonomous operations.
For many attendees, this helped move the AI conversation away from hype and closer to what it can actually mean in an industrial environment.
Customer stories made the difference
The feedback from attendees was clear: customer stories matter.
People want to hear from other companies. They want to understand what problem was being solved, what choices were made, what challenges appeared along the way, and what lessons were learned.

This is why customer stories will remain an important part of ASKx in the future.
They help make the event practical. They help turn product discussions into real examples. And they give attendees the chance to compare their own situation with others in the industry.

More than presentations
ASKxUnite also showed the value of bringing people together face to face.
Attendees visited demo booths, asked questions, met specialists, spoke with partners and connected with peers from other companies. For many people, those conversations are just as valuable as the sessions themselves.
That is something we want to build on.

The future of ASKx should not only be about presenting information. It should be about exchanging knowledge. More customer stories, more practical discussions, more technical depth in the right format, and more space for end users to learn from each other.
Looking ahead
ASKxUnite 2026 gave us a strong foundation for what comes next.
The feedback showed that the event was well received, with strong satisfaction scores and a clear willingness from attendees to return. It also gave us useful direction for the future: more practical use cases, more customer-led sessions, more technical detail where it makes sense, and even better ways to connect people during the event.
That is valuable feedback, and we will use it.

ASKxUnite is not only an event we organise. It is a moment where our community comes together to look forward, learn from each other and strengthen the connection between people, technology and industrial operations.
To everyone who joined us in Eindhoven: thank you for being part of it.
We look forward to continuing the conversations and building towards the next ASKxUnite.
