Factory Systemes Groupe acquires Wonderware Italia

Factory Systemes Groupe is pleased to announce that it has acquired a majority shareholding in Wonderware Italia, the main distributor in Italy of industrial software solutions dedicated to accelerating the digital transformation of operations.

Headquartered near Milan, Wonderware Italia sells and supports over 2,000 customers in various industry and infrastructure segments to help increase their operational efficiency and sustainability. The company has entered in a new agreement with Aveva to extend its ability to support end-users, OEMs and System integrators in enabling flexible and scalable solutions from low-end HMI up to cloud-based enterprise data management in order to empower better decision-making at all levels.

The company will be renamed Factory Software Italy shortly after the transaction.

We are very proud to join Factory Systemes Groupe, which is the largest Aveva distributor in Europe. It will give us extended capabilities to support our customers and partners even better in their Industry 4.0 initiatives.
