Extend the content of your HMIs with widgets
Beyond the rich and powerful library of industrial vector graphics, AVEVA InTouch 2023 offers pre-built web widgets that extend and transform the capabilities of a modern HMI beyond visualization.
InTouch HMI 2023 adds a new web widget for displaying graphics on a map. This widget supports the most popular map providers, including Bing, Google, Baidu and ARCGIS. It is ideal for geographically distributed applications in oil & gas, water distribution and wastewater treatment. This Map_App widget is supported by both InTouch HMI RunTime and InTouch Web Client.

Other available widgets include the QR Code widget. With this, InTouch users can now browse the plant with cell phones or tablets and scan QR codes with the camera to dynamically bring up a particular display, operator work instruction or other contextual information. Operators can thus collaborate with more experienced staff in real time to troubleshoot any process anomalies.

Empower connected operators with InTouch Web

Often, operators are spread over several sites and need to access HMI software on a variety of different devices. AVEVA InTouch HMI offers extended visibility thanks to its HTML5 industrial graphics technology and InTouch Web.
InTouch Web 2023 integrates a new feature called “Workspaces”, enabling InTouch web users to freely and autonomously create dashboards without the need for the WindowMaker development tool.
